Our 14-day course guarantee
Effective date: October 3, 2026 (10/03/2026). For a self-paced course bought directly from AdeptArc, request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase and we will refund the amount paid for that course, including applicable tax. You do not need to prove a particular result or give a reason. Starting lessons or downloading included workbooks does not by itself remove this guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email admin@adeptarc.com from your purchase email address, or use https://www.adeptarc.com/contact/. Include your name, course name, purchase date and order number if available. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. A request sent within the 14-day period remains timely even if we answer later.
Processing and access
We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and initiate eligible refunds within five business days. Refunds return to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear. If that method is unavailable, we will agree on a suitable lawful alternative. Course access ends when the refund is issued. Stop using and delete the refunded course materials; you keep your own original work.
Discounts, free enrollment and member benefits
Discounted purchases receive the amount actually paid, not the listed price. An enrollment redeemed for zero dollars has no cash refund value. Chapter Two membership payments are handled separately under that project’s policies. Refunding an AdeptArc course does not automatically cancel a Chapter Two membership or refund its membership fee.
Technical problems, duplicate charges and later requests
Contact us about duplicate charges or missing access as soon as possible. If we cannot provide the purchased course, we will offer an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required. After 14 days, we review requests for exceptional circumstances and failures to deliver the purchased service. The 14-day guarantee does not limit mandatory rights for defective or misdescribed digital content.
Other products and payment disputes
Coaching, consulting, live events, subscriptions and standalone downloads require product-specific terms shown before purchase. They are not covered by this course guarantee unless expressly included. You retain any lawful right to contact your bank or payment provider. If a dispute is already open, we coordinate with the provider to avoid duplicate repayment. Amounts already refunded are not refunded twice.
Consumer rights and contact
Nothing in this policy reduces rights that cannot legally be waived. Where mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity or refund rights apply, we honor them.
