Who we are and when these terms apply

Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting wording.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials private. Enrollment is for the named learner. Do not share accounts, resell access, bypass access controls, interfere with the website or use it unlawfully. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
What you are buying
The course page describes the lessons, included materials, support, prerequisites and access period. Self-paced means you study on your schedule. Coaching, consulting, live sessions, certifications and updates are included only when expressly listed. Study-time estimates vary by learner. A completion certificate, if offered, is evidence of course completion and is not a professional license or accreditation.
Prices, payment and promotions
The checkout shows the applicable price, currency, discounts and taxes before payment. We accept payments through WooPayments (WooCommerce Payments), built in partnership with Stripe. Before submitting an order, you must select the Agreed checkbox to accept the Terms of Use and Refund Policy and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. This agreement is separate from any marketing consent required by law. A one-time course purchase does not authorize recurring billing. Any future subscription requires separately disclosed billing and cancellation terms. Coupons are valid only for the named offer and eligible users under the stated conditions. Restricted member benefits may require eligibility verification. A shared code alone does not establish eligibility. We may request correction or cancel an ineligible promotional enrollment, subject to consumer law.
Access and course changes
Your access lasts for the period stated at purchase. If an offer uses lifetime access, it means the operating life of that course on AdeptArc, not your natural lifetime. We may improve content without materially reducing the purchased learning experience. If a paid course must close, we will notify affected learners and offer a fair remedy consistent with the original offer and applicable law. Material purchased terms will not be changed retroactively without an appropriate legal basis.
Using materials and your own work
We grant the enrolled learner a personal, non-transferable license to use the course. You may download materials marked for download. You may adapt designated workbook templates for your own personal or business work. You may not distribute the course, sell its templates, publish answer keys or reuse recordings in a competing product without written permission. You retain ownership of your own work. Sending an exercise to support gives us permission to use it only to address that request. Testimonials or public reuse require separate permission.
Learning outcomes and professional advice
Courses provide education. They do not promise employment, clients, revenue, investment returns or complete protection from fraud. Results depend on your actions and circumstances. Examples are illustrative. Course content is not individualized legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Independently verify important decisions and use qualified professional advice when needed.
Refunds and separate services
Our Refund Policy describes the 14-day course guarantee and how to request a refund. Any consulting, coaching or live-event services require their own clearly disclosed agreement. Chapter Two membership is a separate purchase from a separate project; an AdeptArc course purchase does not create or cancel that membership.
Service problems and suspension
Contact admin@adeptarc.com if you cannot access paid content. We will investigate and provide a reasonable remedy for failures to deliver what was purchased. We may restrict access to address security threats or material misuse. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond. Suspension does not remove statutory refund or other consumer rights.
Responsibility and disputes
We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses caused by your independent use of educational content. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue; this does not restrict access to courts, regulators or payment-provider remedies. Governing law: New Jersey, United States, subject to mandatory protections where you live.
Updates and contact
